| Abstract: | To promote compatriots bird conservation awareness and characteristics of tourism development, this study intends to develop「 Birds Zoo」 in Nantou- Caotun town where has a convenient transportation location; especially invited trainer, zoo planners, etc. from Singapore Jurong Bird Park, we hope that through legal procedures, will change agricultural land, Type c building lands, Forestry land and other lands to a specific purpose business site, to build a theme of birds ecology watching conservation education Park, Providing compatriots with different experiences of outdoor education field and leisure recreation new positions, and thus enhance the awareness of domestic natural ecology environmental protection.
In this study, the theoretical literature analysis and document analysis method are used to analyze this case study. By means of discussing the time after the development phase, the regulations must be discussed for, influence the choice of characteristics and circumstances of the consumer market segment of eco-tourism, then to understand the impact of Taiwan's excellent natural ecology environment education for the leisure industry.
The results of this study show that the study base have the advantage of traffic and geographic position, it can be effective used with the tourism industry surrounding cluster efficiency in the future, and can significantly promote the operating performance after the development, contribute the promotion of domestic development of the birds ecology conservation and tourism industry. And the base is located in hillside, with excellent topography and the natural ecology environment, it is a suitable natural habitat of birds environment, if work with the promotion of government tourism development policies and education's outdoor education development plan of Ministry in the future, land changes should be successfully completed, and achieve the purpose of this study of development and construction. |
