Global sports fashion are prevalent and the health awareness are gradually rise. Sports service industry seems to have become the most development potential of the industry. In order to promote the development of sports industry is to be held sporting events, through a race to create more economic value and peripheral benefits. In the past, held the Badminton tournament are to be recorded in the way through the paper. Throughout the tournament process takes a lot of manpower and time. With the information technology advanced, if we can use information technology to assist in organizing badminton tournament, combined with the information and the contest by the concept of service design to make fully integrated to achieve a multiplier effect and create new service models to help improve quality and efficiency. Badminton rating tournament is the first tournament to be used in rating program, and using information technology to create a unique web platform for badminton enthusiasts. But after observation of this study found that in the event organized by the site operating procedures are used the past tournament mode of operation. So we use the administrative staff of rating tournament (umpire and other administrative staff) for research object. In this study, we used questionnaires and secondary qualitative study and observation and interviewing to induction. With the last tournament site operating procedures, we use the information technology to create new service models. And by the system service model to enhance the benefit of tournament.
