摘要:	Taiwan has been exercising National Healthcare for a long time, and its integral database is rather interesting to study. At the same time, Schizophrenia patients has raised significant attentions. Patients who have Schizophrenia are unable to take care themselves, and also can be harmful to their friends, family and the society. Therefore, it will require a lot to financial pressure on family to take care them. This report will focus on record of Brain-Schizophrenia in Taiwan region and age distribution. Furthermore, the report will discuss the empirical research on correlation between Brain-Schizophrenia and Hypertension; Atherosclerosis; Arterial Thrombosis; Thrombosis; Raynaud’s Disease and Blood vessel dysfunctional caused by Kawasaki Disease. The study will base on Taiwan National Healthcare Insurance Database. Firstly, the report will collect all clinic record on Schizophrenia then analysis the relationship between those factors. Lastly, the report will calculate the risk variance between Schizophrenia and Circulation disease. The research shows high correlation between Hypothyroidism, Raynaud’s Disease Schizophrenia. However, gender shows no effect at all. In contract, ages have relatively high influence and the result clearly indicate that young adult apparently has higher risk of having Schizophrenia. Taiwan National Healthcare Insurance Database has random sampling the Schizophrenia clinic record to be the research data from 1996 to 2005. In this decade of researching relationship between Schizophrenia and endocrine disease, the result shows patients who have endocrine disease tends to have higher risk of Schizophrenia. Therefore, by controlling endocrine disease, it can have significant effect on Schizophrenia. In the long term, it can also reduce waste of medical resource and improve health condition of the whole nation.
