    摘要: 過去對於保護性業務社會工作之研究大多以關於被害人為主,針對相對人之研究較為少數。而相對人一般為非志願案主,面對社工較為抗拒,應如何與其會談與建立關係,實在是實務工作者需要了解的課題。本研究目的為透過訪談家暴相對人之社工,了解在關係建立初期與家暴相對人會談之技巧與策略,期待對家暴相對人之社會工作實務有所助益。研究方法為半結構式之焦點團體訪談,共訪談六位於中部某縣市工作之成人家暴相對人社工。研究發現為:降低抗拒為主要目標、展現功能獲得信任、真誠積極是關係良藥、掌握時機天時地利人和、助人基本功十分重要。研究建議包含對實務工作者與對後續研究之建議。本研究之成果對實務工作者甚具參考價值,家暴社工可運用本研究成果,以此與家暴相對人建立專業關係,對後續影響家暴相對人改善其家暴行為相當有助益。

    In the past, researches on victims have attracted most attention of protection social work. The research on batterers is few. Most batterers are un-volunteer clients and usually are resistant to social workers. It is important to understand how to interview with batterers in order to build allied relationship with them. This study attempted to supplement the research on the interview skills with batterers. The research used qualitative method to interview 6 social workers who worked with batterers in the middle part of Taiwan. The research results are: the target is to decrease the resistance, show function to gain trust, sincere and enthusiasm can build relationship, use opportunity to intervene, and the importance of basic skills. Finally, suggestions for social work practice and for future research are provided. Social workers can use the study results to interview with batterers to build allied relationship with them and to change their abusing behaviors.
